Hiking and cycling are world class and just out the front door. Nice neighbors, nice private landscaping with lots of trees and flowers. The home and neighborhood are very peaceful and quiet.  One available room is $900. Comes with a shared bathroom. We will have a total of three in the house. You will share the bathroom with just one other person. Must have a full time day job or be a full time student.No home-based businesses or work from home allowed.  Male owner is a professional and works from home, and is quiet. Owner is friendly but keeps his nose to the grindstone much of the time  $44 background check required, approved references, plus proof of work or full -time student.  NEWLY installed Central air and gas heat. Recently remodeled kitchen. Google Fiber Wifi and all Utilities included plus all household supplies like T Paper, Tissue, laundry soap, dishsoap, paper towels, etc.  Location is approximately 3100 East and 10,000 South in Sandy  Seeking quiet types who can enter and exit the house without waking or disturbing others.  This is a month-to-month lease with one parking space on the street. Long term renters preferred. 
This is a non-smoking house not suitable for couples, children or pets  First month’s rent plus a $500 refundable deposit to move in.  Please let me know a little about yourself.  Males preferred.   Note: This is a dream location if you are a skier, snowboarder, hiker or cyclist, or just like to be close to nature.
