I am looking to fill a room in a four bedroom house at the beginning of August. This is a private room with plenty of closet space and a private full bathroom. There is a large living room and kitchen which is shared by others in the house. Very big backyard with a sauna. Sorry no pets, we have two friendly dogs already.
The rent is 850 a month plus utilities (which range from 20 to 60 depending on the season). First and last months rent will be required upon move in, as well as references, current landlord/management company and roommates, prior to move in.
This is not a party house. We are all professional adults with full time jobs. We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate. We all use the common areas and are responsible for cleaning/maintaining the yard. These tasks fall to all of us.
