This Bedroom is fully furnished and is as the photos show. This room is meant for people who are moving here and only have clothes and do not have anything else. There is no storage for your extra things and there is no room in the bedroom for extra things.
Please keep this in mind when looking at this ad.

Rent is due by the last business day of the month. The owner does not accept cash; you will have to pay the rent via Zelle, which is a bank-to-bank transfer. This method of payment is not available through Chime. The owner does not accept Venmo because of security issues and scammers.

Utilities include Gas, Sewer, Water, Power, and Internet; Internet runs at 2 GB, via Google Fibre.
The bedroom is furnished and is as the photos show.
The bedroom is upstairs.
This house is a split-level home and does not lend itself well to those who cannot climb stairs.

ALL Common Areas are furnished and are as follows:
Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, and the Yard.
