Monthly rent will be either $500 or $332 per tenant, depending on whether you decide to share the gigantic bedroom with someone special to you. The polite management team at our apartment complex pays all of the Electricity Bills, Air Conditioning and Heating Bills, and Water bills for this unit.
An AT&T Router service I myself pay for provides Internet access for our unit.
This downtown Salt Lake City apartment complex is located within easy walking distance of the Salt Lake City Main Library, Washington Square with City and County Government Building, the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) Library Station outdoor train stop, and the UTA Courthouse outdoor train stop.
Advantages to the quiet and huge vacant private bedroom:
--The first-rate King-Size Bed left behind by my most recent roommate can easily accommodate a married couple, a boyfriend and girlfriend, an adult parent with a younger relative, or two adult close friends ages 18 or older who are willing to sleep in that bed together.

--A semi-private bathroom (you and I will each rotate on being alone in the bathroom) is located within six feet of the massive bedroom and connects to a hallway inside this bolt-locked private apartment unit.
