Deposit for last month is $800.00 depending on rental history this may be used for last 30 days with 30 day notice please.
One time room set up, linen and move out, periodic common area clean fee is $175.00
Total move in cost $1775.00
Use a third party Air app for NO last month deposit.
Room will stay open for other reservations for unbooked days.
Text me your move in date for availability link. Zelle is acceptable otherwise.
Terms:
Online application with job and personal references required and emergency contact if not using airbnb to book. If using Airbnb, your reservation is a lease. Shortened stays are not accepted.
Home guidelines to keep it nice for all:
* Leave no trace policy. U use it U clean it. Shine every time. Cleaning is done upon check out only. No trash or personals left in community areas.
* No change of address to home but occasional packages food delivery ok. Use UPS suite nearby.
* No visitors unless pre arranged.
* No couples or pets please.
* Long Term Month to month lease w/ 30 day written notice to cancel.
* Conscientious Co living is appreciated.
