Open to single person or a couple, but looking to keep 1 spare room for guests. Ideally looking for young professional that is looking to hand a comfortable house with room for storage.
The house has two main bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The downstairs room is a bit smaller but currently set up to use the additional 1/2 room as a walk in closet. This leaves a 3rd bedroom for guests and a desk to work from as needed. The 1/2 room could be used for an office as well if not needed for clothing etc.
The house has a great large kitchen (gas range, nice counters, etc) and comfortable dining room and living room. It is well suited to have friends over for dinner, bbqs, or movie nights.
The house includes washer/dryer, dish wash, a 2 car garage (not suitable for parking a vehicle but great storage). There is also the “boiler room” that is great for storage and a basement area that we currently use for storage of regular use outdoor gear like skis, boots etc to keep out of the main part of the house.
I am in my mid thirties and work in real estate development in salt lake. I work from an office 5 days a week and only occasionally use “office” set up to work from home. I am a big skier, biking, and generally outdoor enthusiast. I have lots of gear for all the activities, but the house has tons of storage and I try to be concious of splitting the space evenly.
NOTE: dog in photos is my current roommates and she will be leaving with roommate. They are moving to California. f
