Our unit is available Friday, March 27th- Friday, APRIL 3rd 2026. Rental is for full 7 days, so you can arrive or leave whenever you'd like. Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 10 AM. $1975.00 for the entire week + we will cover the $60 for a guest certificate (which eliminates the hotel tax charge (13+%) and also the daily resort fee). We use Venmo so there’s no need to be concerned about Scams. The Sweetwater Lift Lodge on Empire Ave is located directly across the street from Marriott Mountainside and base area of the resort
Large one-bedroom/ 2 bath unit with full kitchen. The condo sleeps 6 total.
There is a long wall extending nearly the entire length of the unit. Two queen size beds are on master bedroom side of the unit, along with a bathroom and two sink areas (one near the toilet, the other outside the toilet area in a long countertop).
The living-room side of the wall has the kitchen, 2nd bathroom, queen size Murphy bed, along with the sitting area, fireplace, and TV. All units are non-smoking, have cable TV & a DVD players, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. All items/utensils for dining for 6, toaster, coffeemaker, etc.
Any special items not listed can be requested from the front desk.
Fiber speed (fast) wifi throughout the property. Computers and printers available in the business area for guest use at no charge. On-site laundry. This unit comes with parking for one car. Just stop by the front desk and get your parking permit for the week.
