Hello, my name is Mike, and I’m currently looking to partner with a logistics or transportation company that has available warehouse and dock space to support ongoing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
📦 Warehouse space: 4,000 – 6,000 sq. ft.
🚪 Dock doors: 2–4 dock-high doors to receive trailers on a weekly basis
📥 Inbound freight: Trailers will be delivered weekly, unloaded, and sorted
🧱 Warehouse services: Need a team to sort and build pallets from small boxes (~10–15 lbs each)
🚚 Pallet outbound: Pallets to be sent out the next day or day after
📦 Storage needs: Capacity to handle 100–125 pallets for quick turnaround
🚛 Delivery Opportunity: If you have your own fleet of 26ft box Truck, additional delivery work is available

Logistics companies, 3PLs, or local delivery providers who:
Have available warehouse space & staff
Can support high-volume small package handling
