PAY:
ā¢ $0.65 CPM starting pay
ā¢ $0.68 CPM after 3 months
ā¢ $0.70 CPM after 6 months
ā¢ $35 per additional stop
ā¢ $35/hr detention (after 3 hrs, max 4 hrs ā then automatic layover)
ā¢ $150 layover pay
BONUSES & REIMBURSEMENTS:
ā¢ $75 bonus for clean DOT Level 1 Inspection.
ā¢ $50 bonus for clean DOT Level 2 Inspection.
ā¢ $1,500 refundable deposit (taken out at $100/week, reimbursed within 30 days of termination if all company property returned).
ā¢ Pre-employment drug test paid by driver, reimbursed on 1st paycheck.
ā¢ Up to 50% of travel costs reimbursed (max $300) for new drivers.
ā¢ Hotel reimbursement up to $75 in case of breakdown (transportation not covered).
ā¢ ALL out-of-pocket expenses must be pre-approved to qualify for reimbursement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
ā¢ Valid CDL Class A
ā¢ 2+ years OTR experience
ā¢ No more than 2 moving violations within 3 years
ā¢ Ability to stay out 2ā4 weeks
