I have a single, unfurnished room near Trolley Square for someone who would like to take over my lease until April 2020. There is an option to extend beyond April 2020. The room has a closet, window, and carpeted floors. The unit features a full kitchen, living room, balcony, private bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is pool access that comes with the unit. The room being rented is 10 by 12 feet. There are many storage spaces including cabinets in the kitchen, an additional closet in the living room, and shelves near the washer and dryer. There is also ample storage space in the bathroom for any toiletries in the wooden cabinet or the mirror over the sink. There is an assigned covered parking space for the unit along with ample uncovered parking spaces. Additionally, there is always street parking for guests.
The unit provides easy access to the University of Utah, 900 East TRAX Station, and Trolley Square. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Smith's are only a couple blocks away. The TRAX station is a block away and the nearest bus stop is about a two minute walk. The room is $550 per month plus utilities along with a $500 deposit. Google Fiber is already set up for the unit. No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit. Current roommate is a recent U graduate who is very friendly! Female is preferred to replace me.
