1980s-1990s classic external frame backpack that saw us through many several day hikes and summiting Mt. Whitney!
Large frame holds all that’s needed for several days in the back country.
The design is thoroughly adjustable, with each connection point moveable along the frame.
Was used for a 6 ft, 160 lbs person (size: large)
Needs a new belt and shoulder straps.
Zippers are all still good, but rubber extra tie-ons are not.
A winter night’s project to restore or repurpose.
