Job Description
One Mighty Mill is a growing company that is launching our stone-milled organic wheat bread in Costco stores throughout the greater Salt Lake City area. We are looking for brand ambassadors to join our field marketing team and support our launch. Applicants should be passionate about healthy eating, enthusiastic, personable, and hard-working.Your schedule can range from 2-4 shifts per week. Shifts are 8 hours long, starting at 8:00am and ending at 5:00pm. The shift includes 1 unpaid hour for lunch. During your shift, you will toast our bread and serve it with butter, giving out free samples of food to customers and team members. In doing so, you
will educate customers, build relationships with Costco staff, and optimize our merchandising. The role also includes stocking shelves and rotating product at the beginning and end of your shift. Our brand ambassadors build trust and credibility with Costco teams, drive sales, and spread One Mighty Mill’s mission.
Requirements
Job requirements are:
A vehicle to transport you, your demo table, and your kit to travel to and from home and stores
Smart phone and/or computer to input basic information and photos into a mobile app and participate in online meetings
A current food handler’s card
Compensation
$25.00 per hour (more for brand ambassadors with relevant brand ambassador experience)
$25 bonus earned if brand ambassador reaches predetermined sales target by end of demo
For travel exceeding 30 miles round-trip, One Mighty Mill reimburses brand ambassadors for the excess mileage at the 2025 IRS reimbursement rate of $0.70/mile
