Altru Roofing is hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door operations in the Oklahoma City metro. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a proven field sales professional with experience managing canvassing teams, especially in high-output industries like solar, pest control, or alarms.
You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing your own team, driving lead volume in a high-demand storm restoration market. We're recruiting Salt Lake City and similar markets known for producing elite D2D sales talent.
Relocation to Oklahoma City is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and manage a local canvassing team
• Build turf strategy and manage daily KPIs
• Track performance and lead accountability meetings
• Knock doors as needed to model and drive output
• Coordinate with sales and operations for strong lead conversion

Qualifications
• 1+ year managing canvassing or field sales reps
• Background in door-to-door industries (solar, pest, alarms, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a performance-driven team
• Clear communicator with strong leadership instincts
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, and field-capable
• Must relocate to Oklahoma City
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone required
