My name is Heather. I’m a 30 year old professional looking for a quiet place to live. I have my own life coaching business as well as a lead bartender downtown slc. In my free time Im either reading, cooking (which I love to share), watching movies, going to yoga 5 days a week, and id like to start volunteering at a new animal shelter as much as I can. I don’t drink except maybe a glass of wine with dinner occasionally and I don’t party. I’ve never been a person that brings guest over or has a boyfriend stay over. Depending on the space, I might have a movie night with a friend but that’s it. I’m very clean and organized. I do the dishes every day. And I’m respectful of space and make sure paying my bills on time is a priority. I live up in Draper heights and will currently be moving out in July. Just looking for a place I feel comfortable and secure like anyone else does. If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
I do wanna share that I have two little cats that have the best references from all previous tenants. They don’t scratch and I’m notorious for vacuuming every week for any loose hair and they have the most elite of litter boxes that electronically disposes of waste and leaves no trace of odor. Hopefully it’s a situation that could be open minded :) below is a photo of them and me to better see who you’re interacting with
Didn’t realize I’d have to explain this in my post with such bold letters...
I DO NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE “SERVICES” FOR FREE RENT. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A SUGAR DADDY. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR LOVE HERE. I AM LOOKING FOR A COMPATIBLE ROOMMATE!
Also I need a place the by the second week in July. So I’m taking my time to find the right place. I can move sooner but if you need someone to commit in the next day or two, that might not be me. Unless you’re just super awesome.
If you are interested. Know this post is still up because I still need a room. No need to text are you still looking? Or a text that just says hi or hello. I probably won’t respond. If you are interested. Please text me who you. A name, a small description of you and details of the rent situation, and PHOTOS of the place. It will make it So we can just jump right into the getting to know each other process.
