This is a nice home in a low crime rate neighborhood. Fenced grass yard, garden area, fruit trees, front and back porch.
The house is in West Valley City near 6400 W and 3100 S. Its only 15 minutes to the SL airport. Rent will be $700 a month per room with a $500 deposit ($400 refundable when you move out). No pets. No smoking, No drugs and minimal partying, occasional guest over or dinner parties would be ok. I do have some furnishings if you need them.
You will share the bathroom with another renter. We will share the common areas. A back ground check/application fee is required which is $50 up front. I will need to see proof of employment and 2-3 months of income verification
I am looking for someone that is somewhat sociable, keeps their room, bathroom and common areas clean, does their dishes and cleans up immediately and is a generally overall nice and tidy person.
