The bedroom itself is semi-furnished: there is a bed, a large shelf, and a small set of drawers. Also, a couch and TV + table are in the living room. I'm not attached to any of this furniture, so if you do not want/need to use it, it could be moved easily. The shared spaces of the home (kitchen and main-floor living room) are both fully furnished.
I'm in my early forties, a professional working from home and enjoying my time in Salt Lake. I keep a clean house, am respectful and tolerant of all people, and am looking for the same in a roommate. Age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and political affiliation don't matter, all are welcome. I do drink socially and occasionally smoke (I don't smoke in the home), so I'd ask that you be comfortable with these.

- three beds: two upstairs and one down
- two bath: one up, one down
- large basement (approx 1000 sq ft)
- small attached garage. i use this as a workspace-gym-storage
- two-car driveway parking, and there is always plenty of street parking
- washer + dryer in the basement
- medium-sized storage closet in the basement
- home is fully furnished, while the room and basement space for rent is only sparsely furnished
ABOUT THE LEASE
- we pay all the utilities: internet (google-fiber), electric, gas, water
- month to month, and the leasing company (landlord) is great to work
- the security deposit is 960$ (due with first-month rent)
- there is a simple application process (background check, verification)

- our neighbors are pretty damn good! they're one of my fav things about the spot
- sugarhouse park is close, plus some green-spaces exist around the neighborhood
- there is a maverick up the street, open 24-hr, has a walk-in beer fridge 🍻
- nearby grocery stores: harmons, smiths, maceys

- im 41, a native of salt lake, and work in software
- clean. not hyper about it, but definitely expect to keep tidy space
- enjoy all the outdoor Utah things and really like to cook and bake
