The best time to contact me is using Utah Time: Monday through Thursday after 4 p.m., Saturday all day, and Sunday afternoon. Please do not call me after 9 p.m. or on Fridays as I will not be able to get to your call until the times and days above. My phone will be on Do Not Disturb until 6 a.m.
