Located near 1700 S. and 900 E. on a quiet street, under 10 minutes to downtown and under 5 to Sugarhouse. Just a short walk to Liberty Park or Bike to 9th and 9th or Sugarhouse with ease.
Other tenants will need to come down to do laundry and access storage, but total privacy can be provided upon request. The upstairs kitchen is shared with 2 others. A cute backyard with a patio and couch is also shared. The floors can be a bit squeaky so this isn't a place for anyone that's a light sleeper and will be woken very easily. Out of 5 tenants I've had over the years, only 1 has had an issue with this.
