Shared bathroom with 1 extremely clean person. Lease is Month-to-Month, but we'd prefer someone that wants to stay a while. Credit check + 1 month rent deposit required. No couples, no smoking. 2 dogs live here, we can't have any more. This isn't a party house or a social gathering place. We respect space, privacy and sleep, we are routinely up early and in bed early. Seeking a like-minded, quiet, clean person who can enter/exit without waking everyone else and understands basic shared responsibilities such as helping with snow removal in the winter. Female preferred.
Utilities/wifi included in the rent.
Amazing views of the PC Ridgeline from the house, elk and deer regularly visit. Woodstove for supplemental heat and ambience. There is room in the garage for bike/ski gear and a few places throughout the house that gear can be stored. Garage spot possibly available (smaller car required)
Pics always come out very dark, so they don't do the place justice. Great location for access to trails, resorts, rec centers, and grocery stores. Located right by the Round Valley trail system, Trailside bike park, 5 minutes from Kimball Junction, 10 minutes to Park City. You'll love living here for the trail access and the clean, quiet, and peaceful and respectful living environment.
