BlueVine is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead in our Salt Lake City office opening in early
2020. The ideal start date for this role is sometime in February. As a Workplace Experience
Lead, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our growing new office.
The ideal candidate will drive the office culture and ensure our BlueViners are happy and well

In order to be successful in this role, you must be proactive with a “get work done” mindset,
a strong drive, and passion in creating a world-class service straight from the heart. Ideal
candidates would also have experience in a high-growth startup environment.

● Create a positive and stimulating environment in line with both local and global BlueVine
culture and values
● Be the face of BlueVine and the heartbeat of the office; always warm and friendly
● Oversee day-to-day office operations, including visitor management and shipping/receiving
mail and packages
● Manage vendors for various goods including office equipment, furniture, travel, office
supplies, etc.
● Manage all facilities-related issues including property management, security, janitorial,
repairs, office move, and buildout, etc.
● Coordinate corporate lunches for the office, logistics, and ensure very high standards are
maintained in the SLC office
● Perform special projects assigned and administrative functions across all departments when

● You’re enthusiastic and eager to proactively anticipate the needs of the office
● You are highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
● You’re used to working at a very fast-paced environment, a rockstar at multi-tasking and
extremely agile and open to ambiguity
● Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer-focused attitude and solid
relationship-building skills
● You are both tactical and strategic, able to roll-up your sleeves to get things done timely
● You must function with a sense of urgency while maintaining a calm demeanor
● You take responsibility for your behavior, knowing when to seek guidance, and also have the
confidence to make sound decisions when necessary
● 2+ years of office and facilities experience at a fast-growing organization, ideally in Fintech
● Bachelor’s degree is preferred
● Experience with G Suite is preferred
