Need a office or rental space to create music studio (Salt Lake)

Hi everyone I'm looking to find a suitable office space or rental space where I can set up my music studio. I'm looking for a space where noise wouldn't be an issue so I can mix and record at any time of day or night. If anyone knows of any spots in SLC area please let me know.
