Comes with some great preset patches, but designing your own isn't hard at all once you get over the learning curve.
Overall this Microkorg is in great condition. The only thing it doesn't come with is the microphone.
But it can be used with a range of dynamic and condenser mics.
Comes with some preinstalled finished wood panels on the sides. I couldn't tell you what type of wood since I got this on eBay a while back.
