| • Strength: Able to lift 100+ lbs safely |

| • Professionalism: Great communication & customer skills |
| • Screening: All crew members complete background checks |

Truck:
Pickup truck, box truck, cargo or sprinter van (year 2001 or newer) and proof of ownership or insured driver of the vehicle |

Potential Earnings
|
| • Mover only (no truck) = $18/hr avg |
| • Pick Up truck = $28/hr avg |
| • Spinter Van = $35/hr avg |
