I've known Brent for a lonnnng time, and happily took him up on 4 weeks of free coaching when he reached out :). Despite it being a short-lived experience, Brent gave me a few simple, but effective pointers that I'll definitely continue to use going forward. Legit. The only trainer I've had that I've felt comfortable with while simultaneously being pushed, and being pushed in a way that works for me. I thought I knew about nutrition and fitness, but he helped me in (both) places that I didn't know I was lacking.
