They are the standard BBQ size, they are used, they have been recently filled or exchanged. They come with the OPD (Overfill Prevention Device) valve and are certified. Yes they are FULL, this is an incredible price. Often called a 20lb or a 5 gallon tank, holds approximately 4.6 gallons of fuel.
Do yourself a favor and get an extra tank so you don’t run out during your barbecue.

Going camping or looking for an emergency fuel/heat source?
Propane is a superior fuel since it doesn't degrade over time like all other fuels. It will still be just as good in 20, 30, 40, 50+ years. In addition, it can be used in extreme cold temperatures of up to 43 below zero. Get yourself a couple propane tanks, a heater, and cooking stove for emergency preparedness. Don’t wait until winter; I will not have any by then.
