I have hit some recent medical issues and my regular nurse no longer takes my insurance and I don't have enough on my HSA to cover here. Now she wants to charge me $250 for shots now.
I have a pair of brand new boots worth $250 and just need to find someone that might be of help
This is for any other favors other than providing 1-2 shots for my health x2 a week.
