This is on a quiet street in lower Cottonwood Heights with private entry, good natural lighting, washer & dryer hookups, new flooring and paint. Unfortunately, this space is not suited for pets. I have a sweet old dog but the basement apartment isn't able to accommodate pets. Half-mile from the Crestwood Park trailhead with trails through open space along Little Cottonwood creek. Two people and two cars maximum.
