Lakeside Village Apartments is excited to announce the series of upcoming renovations we are doing to upgrade your senior living experience. We've designed these updates to enhance the already comfortable living experience for our 55+ residents with a modern style. You'll enjoy thoughtfully designed improvements in the apartments, on the grounds, and throughout the amenities to make your senior living experience even better.

The renovated units at our property will feature stainless steel appliances that we've chosen to enhance the overall look and functionality of the kitchen. We want our residents to be able to enjoy cooking and entertaining in a sleek and modern environment without sacrificing ease and functionality. Our renovated senior apartments will come with a full-size washer and dryer to make laundry day a breeze and the new extended vinyl flooring in each unit will be durable as well as easy to clean and maintain.

Our exterior renovations will include the addition of numerous benches and picnic tables throughout the property, complete with BBQ grills for outdoor gatherings. A pergola and seating area near the duck pond will offer a serene retreat for residents to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of our community. On top of that, we are rebranding with a striking new monument and updating all signage to match our fresh look. We are excited to introduce raised garden beds in our community garden, allowing residents to foster their love for gardening while creating a sense of community and connection. The clubhouse will also get an upgrade with new furniture, engaging wall art, and a fresh coat of paint, making it an inviting space for socializing and recreation.

Residents can look forward to moving into our renovated 55+ apartments starting July 1st, 2023, and enjoying these impressive upgrades that we hope will elevate their living experience for this exciting phase of their lives.
