We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to work with us. The FP&A Analyst is a high-impact, technology-forward finance role responsible for integrating financial expertise with advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven workflow design. This role partners closely with Accounting, Operations, and Senior Leadership to:
The ideal candidate combines strong financial and accounting fundamentals with advanced technical proficiency in Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT to modernize and elevate the finance function. Additional preferred skills include Yardi, Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
As we scale, we are investing heavily in AI-enabled finance transformation — leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent workflows to create faster, more accurate, and more strategic financial decision-making across the organization.

What We Offer:
Compensation: $70000 per year - $80000 per year DOE
