I'm trying to Sublet a good sized one bdrm. Rent goes for $549 and with utilities is never over $600. It is pet friendly and is 5 minutes from big and little cottonwood. The complex is called Wasatch Club. There are tons of skiers and boarders here to hike with or just to hang out. It's a very laid back place to live with plenty of things to do within minutes from home. The lease is until July, then the option to go month to month from there.
