I have a room available in my house for the next six months or so. The time period is negotable. The house has been updated with new applainces (refrig, oven, washer, dryer, etc.) and new paint. I am traveling out of the country for at least six months, and am hoping to find someone who is needing housing in Salt Lake in the meantime. perhaps a ski bum for the season? maybe an airline worker?? The house has two fellas living in it already.. They are both really laid back, 25 and 32 or so, clean but not over-the-top, dog/cat friendly, and a little bit hippie (if you know what i mean). There is a fenced in yard, lots of plants and garden area, and plenty of extra room for storage or waxing your skiis. Rose Park is located 5 min from downtown, close to the airport, I-80, I-15, and within striking distance of Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, etc. One of the guys is a lifty at Canyons Resort, so there are car pool possibilites as well.
