Girls are more responsible, respectful and much cleaner, have had bad experience in the past with male roommates. The room is a nice size with big windows and lots of storage for clothing and other stuff if you need. You would have your own bathroom and a spot to park in the garage as well. Big house, nice kitchen, laundry room...etc. Would prefer an older working professional or student. I am a working professional but I do also like to have fun so you must be open minded. Would like at least a minimum of 3 months contract with a small deposit. Utilities are negotiable and who knows I might just waive the utilities, like I said, I don't NEED a roommate, but the empty room is a wasted space :-)

2 engineering students and an environmental studies student and a laid back black lab are looking for a roommate asap, not looking for a lease. The house is a large 1907 bungalow that has recently been remodeled (new bathrooms, kitchen, fresh paint ect.) The house is nicely furnished and has a stocked kitchen and plenty of storage space for sports gear and bikes. There is a large backyard and offstreet parking. Rent is $400 and utilities run between $40-75 a month and include internet and cable. We recycle and usually keep the thermostat set a little lower in the winter. The house is close to the university and is 4 blocks from 2 trax stations and 3 blocks from presidents circle. The house is in a nice neighborhood thats pretty quiet.
