I'm 25 and there's another 27 year old male in the house. Either male or female roomate is ok. We keep a clean house and expect you to clean up after yourself.
Gameroom downstairs which includes a pool table, foosball table, a bar, and a ping pong table. Washer/Dryer, Grill included. I have a little bit of storage space in the garage if you would need.
Have a cat & no other pets please. Hate to discriminate, but no cigarette smokers, not even outside. Can't stand the smell. Otherwise, laid back house.
