We have an agreement with a local marketing (real estate) company to give us real estate leads. Each loan officer is averaging 30-50 warm/hot leads a month to follow up on and convert to a loan and/or real estate deal.
The Branch Manager will be paid on the success of the company and loan officers, so it is a commission based position. Manager has the ability to make a six-figure income easily in the first year.
Expectations/Requirements:
- Hold an active Utah mortgage broker or PLM license - PLM license not required, but preferred.

A local property management company is looking to fill their Leasing specialist position. We are looking for a career-seeking candidate that is ready to grow with a fast paced successful company. Position Title: Leasing Specialist
Position Type: 30 hours a week Mon-Fri (phone coverage on Saturday)
Compensation: $14.00/hr minimum or commission which ever is greater. Commission structure is paid on a per transaction basis. Benefits after probation period
Here is a quick snapshot of what the commission plan looks like. The average producer should be able to lease out 10 homes a month. A top agent should be able to do 15-20+.
$200.00 per standard lease
$300-450+ per lease to purchase
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Leasing specialist will be in charge of Fielding incoming phone calls, educating perspective tenants on how our lease programs work, answering questions about vacant homes, showing vacant homes (company vehicle provided), contract signing, inform property owners of current activity. etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Ability to effectively and professionally interact and communicate with your manager, other employees, vendors, residents, senior staff, owners, sponsors and clients.
*Interface with residents, conduct interviews for annual re-leasing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ACTIVE UTAH REAL ESTATE AGENT LICENSE REQUIRED
*Previous leasing skills mandatory!!
*Ability to get along with a diverse array of people in different capacities.
*Professional telephone manner.
*Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Multi-lingual skills would be desirable, but not necessary.
*Diplomatic and able to set professional boundaries and firm limits.
