Small studio space available in downtown arts district. The walls of the studio currently have a layer of primer on it, so prospective tenants could paint it to suit their needs, or we could finish painting it for you in a color that we sort of like. This unit has a window to the hallway, but not to the outside world. The lighting isn't awesome, but a couple of floor lamps would easily take care of it.

Also, our space is open during gallery stroll, and we would consider giving your art a small part of our monthly shows.

All utilities and internet are included(and phone, if you'd like). Kitchen, bathroom, and meeting space is also included.
