I need an assistant that can grasp the spirit of what I do. It is for profit, yes, but also because the public gravely needs it. This will entail front office work (database and web) DBs on web and on dkstop). Managing 3-7 marketing campaign; meaning produce, supervise, task, see that all marketing actions campaigns are done, this may include seminars and getting mail out. Do excellent CS and see new business flows by interfacing with others to see needed tasks are completed. Do whatevers needed to see new business to fruition and great CS (only during the start up phase) <br>

This is part time job of 10 hrs a week to start. If you have experience qualifying and processing loans (as written above) then it will be more hrs and will likely move to fulltime much faster.<br>
<br>
Proper candidate must be able to make a minimum 3-year commitment, Must have currant employment  or being serious seeking employment, must have 3 good professional references and not less than 2 personal ones, must be willing to take an IQ test and at www. kolby.com for qualification purposes.<br>
<br>
This position pays $9 to start. A successful candidate will move to salary within 6 mnths at 30-$35K ( plus bonuses) per year depending on ability and work ethic. Of course this will include  medical benefits. <br>

The musical requirements (intermediate level piano player) for this position are necessary because our adm. ass't. also functions as a teacher and clinician for our products and publications.<br>

In addition to the administrative functions, applicants will be teaching and be trained to teach our innovative materials.  Our students range from 4 years old to adults.<br>

This is a very unique opportunity.  We have taken several years to get to this point in our publishing and now need someone who can help  us move to the next level. The job is busy but not difficult. It requires a person who presents themselves well to the public and to students, who has a teaching and marketing mentality and is capable of handling a multitude of mundane and/or sophisticated responsibilities ranging from some order fulfillment, laminating of products to preparation of copy for an electronic newsletter and additional product development. We have been using Mac computers and software for several years.<br>

We operate in a non-smoking, fairly conservative and friendly environment and need dependability and a commitment for at least a year.<br>
<br>
Initial work hours are Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM with some Fridays and/or Saturdays when we exhibit at some local shows. <br>

Qualifications:<br>
Must have 7+ years of administrative/clerical experience in the construction industry. Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multi task, meet critical deadlines with eye for accuracy and attention to details. <br>

The Bookkeeping Specialist is the primary contact for all bookkeeping related activities. <b>PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:</b><br>

Software Knowledge<br>
	Uses various software applications, such as Excel and QuickBooks to assist in completing the financials.<br>
	Shares knowledge and troubleshoots various issues relating to accounting functions.<br>
<br>
Accounting Functions<br>
	Financial statement preparation, prepare balance sheets and P&L reports monthly.<br>
	Performs journal entries and general ledge maintenance.<br>
	Performs bank/accounting reconciliations.<br>
	Processes A/P and A/R.<br>
	Reconciles general bank and credit card accounts by gathering and balancing information. <br>
	Assists in the analysis of financial data.<br>
	Research questions/issues as requested.<br>
	Secures financial information by completing database back-ups.<br>
	Interprets financial transactions and events to help the Owners make economic or business decisions.<br>
	Issues invoices as needed.<br>
	Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, and completing special projects.<br>

Miscellaneous duties<br>
	Delivers timely and accurate reports regarding business activities as directed by the Practice Manager or Owners.<br>
	Establishes and maintains good public relations.<br>
	Provides good customer service.<br>
	Performs all other miscellaneous duties as assigned.<br>
	Practices good safety habits.<br>
	Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.<br>
	Maintains the integrity of confidential financial information. <br>

<br>
<b>JOB SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:</b><br>
	Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.<br>
	Accomplished accounting and QuickBooks skills.<br>
	Two plus years experience in accounting, preferably with QuickBooks experience.<br>
	Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks. <br>

The position will require customer service to Field Associates (FA) regarding orders that are In Process. The individual must be able to work in a production environment multi tasking calls and updates on orders. Data entry monitoring of a new automated software system. <br>
<br>
Key Accountabilities:<br>
 Meet strategic benchmarks/goals of the CSR/ DE team.<br>
o QC Level 1 orders/ 10 per hour<br>
 Quality Notes for order updates<br>
 Resolve escalated/difficult calls from FA.<br>
 Recognize and support all department directives and objectives.<br>
 Expands and broadens interdepartmental relationships in an effort to assure overall quality<br>
<br>
Skills Required:<br>
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Outlook and the Internet required<br>
 Ability to interact effectively with other departmental functions<br>
 Team player, values collaboration and support from other team members<br>
 Solid prioritization skills<br>
o Meet available time benchmark<br>
 Pay strict attention to order details.<br>
o Reads customer requirements and instructs the Field Associate. <br>
o Reads order detail notes prior to assignment. <br>
 Written and verbal communication skills required<br>
 Strong evidence of initiative and follow-through<br>
 Professional in appearance and demeanor<br>
