I Bleed Mercury is a local industrial/cyber/metal band looking for a female vocalist, synth/keyboardist, and a cyborg for DJ/samples/sequencing feats, or whatever you think you can bring to the mix. Influences are MINISTRY, PRONG, DOPE, MURDERDOLLS, KMFDM, STATIC-X, PAIN, RAMMSTEIN, MARILYN MANSON, THE DEFTONES, ANGELSPIT, THE DEATHSTARS, GOD MODULE, THE GENTITORTURERS, PSYCLON NINE, ect. We also don't give a fuck what your gender, sexual orientation, religion or race is.

Our music has a strong erotic, hedonistic element--danceable and groovy enough to get the ladies shaking their asses, aggressive enough for the guys, and catchy enough for commercial success. We are very serious and dedicated to this band, we know we have something that's totally unique to Utah and that it has HUGE potential to really take off. We've had to turn down a grip of shows this summer and it's getting old, opening for such bands as PRONG, PSYCLON NINE, IMPERATIVE REACTION, and a shit ton of others--if YOU were in OUR band, we could have played those shows, we consider it a missed opportunity for us and for YOU!!!

We also care about the image we portray, a kind of glam mix of gothic/cyber/vampire and believe in putting on an entertaining show as much as playing compelling music, rather like a carnival, and we are very focused on attaining at least moderate commercial success, at least within our genre and target audience--we definitely have the music to pull it off. There are a ton of flakes here that post ads and never respond to them, but if you respond we WILL get back to you.
