I am a mother of two boys ages 4 and 6. I am also a foster mom who sometimes has other children with ages ranging from 0 to 6 (but no more than 2 foster kids at a time.) I need someone who can come and babysit anywhere from 2 to 4 children occasionally, as the need arises. Sometimes I have to go to court, and can't take any kids; sometimes I have to take some of the kids to see their biological parents but I can't take all of them because they would be disruptive, and sometimes I have mental health or medical visits I have to make and I can't take all the kids for confidentiality reasons. I can usually give a few days' notice for when I need help. It would usually be for a few hours during the day sometime, never weekends or evenings. I can pay $5-$15 an hour depending on how many kids and for how long.
