It is in a transferable 50' slip at Lake Powell. It has been very well maintained mechanically as well as visually.
Powered by Twin Hino diesel engines with a very low 287 hrs. The diesel generator is a Westerbeke 8.0 KW with 70 hrs.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. The main salon makes into a nice double bed and the two staterooms both have queen size beds.
There are 2 complete heads. Also has a seperate tub & shower area.
The large fly bridge is big enough to accommodate 10 people along with a separate captains chair.
The upper rear hard top addition over the back deck makes the fly bridge almost like another deck.
A walk in engine room makes engine access easy.
The back deck is very large and comfortable with easy access to the swim platform via a walk through door.
In the galley you have a full size stand-up refrigerator with a freezer which runs on 12v or 120v. Electric stove and oven along with a space saver microwave oven. Lots of workable counter space & storage.
Dual marine air conditioner/heat pumps 12,000 BTU each.
Includes 8' Livingston dinghy w/ Weaver snap davit system.
Vessel is documented w/ the US Coast Gaurd. The Main Salon has a bar with icemaker (no more walking to get ice every day), glass storage with built in blender.
12 volt reversible windlass, forward anchor locker along with rope stowage.
Lots of very nice, well kept teak wood accents inside and out.
This boat has always been a fresh water boat. NEVER been in the ocean.
Was built in Seattle then shipped & assembled on site at Lake Powell.
Boat needs nothing. Very clean, waxed and ready to go. We own it so NO problems with liens.
