Wonderful art studio space available for artists to work on their art and show/sell, too. Only $180 a month, no utilities. Your own work area and display space and window space as well. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows along front of space. Walk by traffic and part of gallery walk, too. Small storage area in back with sink.
